Open footpath to the tip at Old Park Farm.
As you can see a newly mended fence.
Yet 10 yards farther on there is no fence. Strange?
The gate is closed, but look at the open path to the tip and across to Eastmoor.
As there is a footpath next to the gate, they just leave the gate open for 4 x 4's, motor bikes, children, travelers etc.
No fences, Open footpath, leads direct to the tip face.
It was a windy day today, the Environment Agency said they could not see any litter, and this picture was taken less than 1/2 mile from the tip.
Damaged Litter Net? The Environment Agency said "not very good, but not a major problem".
Litter adjacent to the Bow Spring Bridge, as you can see the litter is entering the river, the Environment Agency could not see any litter just 4 weeks after their last warning letter.
May 10th just 1 month after the Environment Agency sent their last warning letter over litter waste, it can be seen leaving the tip area, yet no action was taken whatsoever! After the big clean up on May 6th 2007, and the bags are still there 4 days later.
The Environment Agency said they could see no litter.
This is the fence I was stood on when the the police were called over trespass, 3 workmen from WRG plc, 2 police men and the police helicopter was involved, seems like overkill to stop Mr Dainton taking picture of their wrongdoing.
This security fence has not been secure for over 3 years, and it still has not been mended.
The hole in this fence has to be repaired every other week, and leads to a footpath over to Eastmoor. either that or we have giant toxic rabbits at large.
A catchment ditch, not for litter/waste, the Environment Agency said they could see no litter ?
This man who lives in Goosehill, asks how is it possible that the Environment Agency could not see this lot ?
