Just who says there is no dust escaping from the Welbeck site.
On the opposite side of the river Calder from the tip, yet the Environment Agency and WRG said "No waste fell in the river" ( Funny how the waste knows not to enter the river? )
All year round waste is repeatedly allowed to enter the River Calder, without any prosecution of the culprits responsible.
Waste accumulation in the river Calder, the photograph was taken just downstream of the tip at Stanley Ferry, you do not find this waste above the tip. This waste only shows when the river is in flood and the waste collects against the canal bridge.
And just to show you that it is not all doom and gloom, here is one of the few picturesque pictures taken from the side of Welbeck. A beautiful sky, well it is until you realise that the air is thick with uncontrolled gas emissions. They can't be seen but just as deadly
Just another typical day at Welbeck Another part of the tip, (unfortunately). Day in, Day out this continues.
Look how close they are tipping to the newly planted trees, and those extra strong litter nets.
The three following photograph's were taken in April 2006. Its not a pretty site (sic).
RATS believe that if you make the waste you are responsible for that waste been properly disposed of.
Rats are not N.I.M.B.Y.s.
Photographs taken during 2005.
The following pictures were taken to show how scenic the view over the land adjacent to the tip can be, unfortunately the pictures include the tip as well !
The Environment Agency say categorically that they cannot see any waste entering the river, the Welbeck Toxic Tip management say that it is not their waste.
In that case perhaps you would not mind answering the following questions.
- Where did THIS waste come from?
- Who's waste is it?
- What are you going to do about it?
- How will you prevent this from happening again?
- When will you admit, you got it wrong?
- When will you apologise to the people of Wakefield?
